Responsible for locating, negotiating purchase and renovation of single family, multi family and condominium conversion projects in the metropolitan New Orleans region. Experienced with working with sub contractors and completing the permit and inspection process.

31 Years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in the state of Louisiana. Extensive experience working with buyers and sellers of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Extensive experience in residential and commercial property management including but not limited to marketing properties, tenant screening, lease preparation, rent collection and daily management, maintenance and make readies. I am proficient with programs such as Buildium, AppFolio, Zipforms and Docusign.

Living in Southeast Louisiana has given me invaluable experience dealing with weather disasters such as hurricanes and the process of dealing with property insurance companies, claims adjusters, licensed contractors and construction material suppliers.

Responsibilities included identifying, purchasing, rehab and management of a family owned portfolio of commercial and multi family properties in the greater New Orleans region. Experienced with multi year commercial leases specifically net and gross leases and multi year renewals.

The assets of Falk Holdings LLC were sold off through my brokerage Falk Realty Group Inc in 2024.

Responsibilities included identifying, purchasing, rehab and management of a large family owned real estate portfolio consisting of multi family buildings in the greater New Orleans region. We kept a consistent 98% occupancy during our ownership.

We sold the assets of Falk Properties Inc through my brokerage Falk Realty Group Inc in 2023-24.

Responsible for the placement of our portfolio of products with our distributors in Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and Missouri. Worked with distributor sales personnel in both on an off premise accounts with product placement and point of sale. Key responsibilities included but not limited to the introduction of Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon, Rock Hill Farms Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Patron Tequila, and Nocello Walnut Liqueur.

The distillery was sold to Takara Shizo International in 1992.
