Also communicating with drivers and contractors to improve service and timely correspondence with shippers and recipients, as well as many Customer service duties such as assisting customers visiting to search for a package.

Special Orders
Returns
Locating parcels
Ensuring correct rebates
Sending / Receiving daily mail
As well as processing and balancing daily cash journals for local stores, and receiving checks from jobbers and making deposits. This includes COD jobbers needing to pay daily, keeping an up to date log on their status while communicating daily.
Loading and unloading packages through a sorting system accurately and efficiently.
Notifying management of any possible safety hazards to prevent possible injuries.
Working with others well to get the job done efficiently.
