At Dee Maria's, I have been a delivery driver for the past year. Here, I have learned how to control high pressure situations, and have learned how to keep my composure dealing with frustrated customers. During my time at Dee Maria's, I was able to gain confidence in handling money in high stress situations. Working here I have enhanced both my money and people skills.

During my shifts at Dr. Davies farm, I was tasked to complete different jobs around an Apple Orchard. I take great pride in completing all the tasks that my supervisors ask of me to perform. These tasks included field work, bar backing at the cider bar, and help park cars.

For the past two years, I have been tasked with doing such things as awarding people with memberships, thoroughly cleaning, and have continued to better my public speaking skill here at Body Bank Fitness. At Body Bank, I enhanced guest satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns. Developed strong relationships with guests through friendly interactions, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations. Handled guest complaints professionally, resolving issues quickly to maintain high levels of satisfaction, and provided exceptional customer service for a positive guest experience, resulting in repeated business.

In this weeklong externship, I got to explore the different areas of insurance. During the week, many different speakers came to talk at the team meetings. I was able to see an inside view on certain jobs within the insurance business. I was able to study the basics of the insurance industry and it was a great introduction.
