• Upon taking Collegeville over in April 2023, it was number 3 on the regional bleeder report. Sales YOY were down 16.2%, and were 81% to budget.
• Fiscal Year 2024 finished positive 12.6% in sales YOY, which was the biggest increase in sales year over year in the District. Adjustable Base Step up was 76.3%, also earning "best in the district" recognition, and finished 101% to budget.
• Year to Date 2025 Collegeville is positive 3.8% in sales YOY. Adjustable Base Step Up is 81%, holding the "best in the district spot" and 103% to budget.
• YTD Collegeville is running a 34% Tempur BOS.

Donwingtown:

• I took Downingtown over at the start of Quarter 3 FY25, and through Q1/Q2, it was down 13.2% in Sales YOY, and 76% percent to budget. We closed Q3 positive 7.6% in Sales YOY. and 106% to budget. YTD we were able to close the gap to -4.2% YTD and are on pace to finish the year in the positives.
