I researched and prepared studies on IT equipment for our unit to purchase under my recommendation to help cut down time of our airmen while performing their daily duties, which increase production time.

Provide management support for acquisition, receipt, storage, and distribution of IT hardware assets to different organizations within Tinker AFB. Use and have working knowledge in AFWAY, WAWF, CIPS, SEWP, equipment control database DPAS, Asset Tracker, various programs on ITAM SharePoint page including Warehouse Shipments, Warehouse Intake, Warehouse Approvals, and Custodian List. Implement mandates for AFMAN 17-1203_DAFGM, Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF), Air Force Material Command (AFMC), and Tinker AFB compliance. Process and upload daily Custodian and Tinker DPAS Inventory spread sheets to IT Asset Management SharePoint for equipment custodians and program analyst to access. Check COA and Acceptance in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) on orders back to 90 days as WAWF acceptor.
Ensure compliance with DOD, AF, and AFMC direction requiring all new IT hardware assets to be entered and managed in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Receive IT hardware assets dispositions and process and prepare disposition assets for transfer to DLADS. Remove internal hard drives and degauss and disintegrate. Analyze existing or potential problems areas related to ordering, receipt, processing, storage, and distribution of IT hardware assets to Tinker AFB and provide clear and objective information. Develop, plan, implement, document, and continuously improve process as subject matter expert for all Tinker AFB IT hardware asset order approval and processing, acceptance and processing of deliveries, and transfer of assets to owning organizations. Provide management with input and recommendations for inclusion in development, publication of ITAM operating instructions, and performance measures needed for effective ITAM Warehouse business operations program. Participate in meetings and webinars related to IT Asset Management to provide guidance, advice, and assistance to ITAM team and Tinker AFB.
