I started with Amazon when I was 19 as an seasonal associate and have been here ever since , where I have worked my way up into management/trainer. I am going on 6 years with this company and my job role currently is a L3 , Learning Coordinator. I oversee my entire building on-boarding/trainings which include incoming newly associates as well as higher level managers. I am in charge of making sure any/everyone who is new to our amazon building receives a work badge , access to get inside the building , permissions to access the work devices , ensuring all new hire & process trainings to work on the floor are complete , and keeping track of monthly/yearly trainings that require recertification. Because of this , I am very familiar with computer software's such as Excel , Word , Outlook , and etc. I use all of these daily which keeps organization for my trainings and other documentation/records I keep track of for myself and other departments within my building. I also have associates who work under me who I am in charge of called " Learning ambassadors " , these are associates who are selected within the warehouse who have shown and demonstrated leadership and great working skills who facilitate these trainings classes for me when we have new associates coming in. I work very close with LP which is Loss prevention and we ensure the safety and security of the building at all times. I am held to a very high standard and hold a very important job role here , I have worked very hard to be where I am today and I will continue to strive and be the best I can be.

I started off as an seasonal associate in 2019 , where at the time we were located in Romulus MI. We moved over to Canton MI at the end of 2022 when they finished the new building. After working here for almost 3 years , I was promoted to a learning ambassador. My job duties as an associate included but not limited to, processing,sorting, and picking packages to ensure on time delivery for customer packages. My job duties as a learning ambassador included those same duties on top of assisting in more manager like tasks , training all new associates/managers , in-charge/managing working areas , working side by side and communicating with my learning coordinator frequently. As a learning ambassador you always held to a higher standard than a regular associate. In the winter time of 2023 I was offered a position to be a seasonal intern learning coordinator , which gave me the ability to show my strengthens and all I can do. March of 2024 , I was offered a full-time permanent Learning Coordinator position.
