• I came to work for Ulta in 2018, as a Senior Stylist, in Estero. Within 10 months I had been promoted to their highest stylist level, (Elite) through training and hitting sales goals, and client retention. Then in 2019, I got promoted to Salon Manager of my own Ulta Salon, in Naples.
• I scheduled all Stylists. And trained new Stylists in Ultas best practices.
• I facilitated Salon meetings, continuing education, and Ulta Academy education.

• At this Salon, it was just the owner and myself offering hair services. We shared an assistant, that I trained and kept up to date on techniques and trends. I did all aspects of hair design. Plus was the Lead Make-up Artist. My specialty was Extensions and Corrective Color.
