As Team Lead, I worked to create a safer and more efficient workspace for all employees. I was the Team Lead of the Go-Kart section at Urban Air. During my time as Team Lead I was given the task of coordinating my team, training new members, directing the cleanliness of the track/area, and enhancing the overall workspace. Though I achieved more during my time of working here. I created a complete new rulebook for all employees, a crash system which counted all incidents and logged for the owners/managers, created a script for employees directing customers, a new training guideline, and frequently constructed and organized new propositions and systems for the manager/owners to overlook and put in place. When I was given the role of Team Lead, the owners were unpleased with the way Go-Karts was running. The team was unorganized, short-staffed, and had a crashing problem. All of this was resulting in bad reviews, frequent loss in revenue for the trampoline park, and costly time for our mechanic. After getting there I was able to completely organize our team and get us back on track. Up to this point, we have completely limited crashes and made the team self dependent with just supervision required.

Up until this point every summer I go down to Panama in South America to work on a pineapple farm alongside my father who co-owns this farm. I'd help pick the pineapples and ship them back to the cleanup station. It's hard but honest work and makes me appreciate everyone who does it for a living. I worked efficiently down here and never had any issues. We worked alongside the former Ambassador of Panama and the Panamanian government.
