Have consistently contributed to efficient operations and safe work environments in previous roles. I adapt well and learn quickly.
Tetra Technologies specialized in water transfer for frac operations. During my time at Tetra i assisted in the rig up and rig down of water transfer pumps, tank batteries, and water transfer lines. As a liner walker my primary task was to walk the length of the transfer line during each stage of the frac operation to ensure all connections were firm and with out leaks. To also inspect the line itself as it may lay on rough surfaces.
Eric Moix Construction preformed oil and gas construction in Damascus arkansas. We would work on the metal buildings that housed compressor stations. If the were removing or installing a compressor station we would either remove the metal siding of the building so it could be removed and then replace it once removed, or build the building to house the compressor station. If there was no work for compressor stations we would assist the construction crews on metal building completions. During my time here my roles included having the trucks stocked each day and ready for the jobs. Rig up and rig down tools and equipment. Clean and organize the trucks and tools. Assist in removing or installing metal siding.
Crescent Services, similar to Tetra Technologies preformed water transfer for frac operations. During my time here, I was involved in rigging up and rigging down water transfer equipment. Running transfer pumps from a tank battery to the frac site. Maintaining and servicing transfer pumps and other equipment. Inspecting water transfer lines and relatable equipment to ensure it is in safe and correct working order. Keeping crew trucks clean and maintaining my work area.
Bestway Oilfield specialized in BOP equipment rental, sales, rebuilds and testing and services related. During my time at bestway I was assigned to and learned how to repair and rebuild BOP equipment. Such as blind rams, pipe rams, annulars, choke manifolds and accumulators. We would go to drilling rigs, nipple up and test all the blow out prevention equipment. I learned how to run a test truck and was able to pressure test small to big rigs on my own with a coworker assisting. If there were no rigs ready to nipple up or down we would preform job duties at the shop. That included but not limited to cleaning and organizing the shop and crew trucks. Rebuilding any equipment that may be in for service, then pressure testing said equipment to ensure it was ready to go out in the field. Inspecting our high pressure lines to ensure they are in good working order and ready for use. Inspecting our safety equipment such as harness and lanyards and replacing anything that may be faulty. Keeping trucks stocked and ready as it was an on call 24/7 job.
Denham Welding and BOP services provided nipple up and nipple down on bop stacks and pressure testing of those bop stacks. While employed here i assisted in nippling up BOPs, choke and kill lines, flow lines and choke manifolds then assisting as the pressure tester tested these pieces of equipment. Once the job was finished we would return to the shop and make sure all trucks and equipment were inspected, replaced and serviced for the next up coming job as this too was a 24/7 on call job.
Pense Brothers Drilling was where I got my start in the oil and gas industry. Pense Brothers spealized in air drilling the spud wells for larger rigs in central Arkansas. We, referred to these rigs as Spud Rigs. My duties were to work the floor or pipe trailer as we trippped in or out of the well, pressure wash and maintain the rigs cleanliness and appearance. Rig up and rig down the rig itself, nipple up and nipple down bops, choke manifolds, flowlines, and air booster packs as we referred to them. I also took part in mixing chemicals, numbering pipe, keeping water tanks full. Keeping dog house and parts houses cleaned and organized, reporting to the driller or rig manager if we were out of something so that it may be ordered and back in stock. Cleaned equipment to keep operations safe and efficiently moving forward.
