Christian Lopez-Goycochea

I am in charge of running the shift giving everyone a role where they are going to work in that shift, I am also responsible to control labor and create the schedule for the whole crew.

While I was with Avcon USA I was hired to help the foremen and superintendent complete the project on time and to manage the subcontractor and make sure they are getting the work done on time. I picked up and dropped off materials at the project, I helped with cleaning, framing, drywall, flooring and ceiling grid. I mainly helped wherever I was needed. While I was at Avcon I learned how to read plans and I slightly learned how to manage a crew of workers.
