I am operating this LLC to provide consulting services on a freelance bases to small NH businesses.

Sold majority shares of business to my business partner. I still own a silent interest in the business.

Founded, owned and operated a wholesale and distribution company for sporting goods and industrial devices operating in Germany. The business grew to $4 million EUR in sales over the course of 7 years. My duties where wide ranging as a founder from sales, marketing, finance, logistics to after sales service. As the company grew I hired and oversaw 3-5 employees.

One product line we carried was used in law enforcement and military and allowed me to get insights into German and European law enforcement firearms training for 4 years.

I owned and operated the business remotely from NH.

Over the course of the years working for Durham Boat I have been in charge of international sales, production control and administrative functions.

Durham Boat products are one product line my German distribution company sold in Europe (see below).

I am currently still working part time as a freelancer supporting productions functions. In order to proceed a career in law enforcement I will be leaving this job.

As technical teams adviser I was the connection between Olympic rowing teams (the company manufactured rowing racing shells) and the research team at the business. I would make technical analysis and coaching recommendations after teams and crews switch equipment to our shells. Attention to detail, the need to optimize highly competitive crews and being a huge team player are the most important takeaways from the job.
