• Conducted comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and patient histories, including administration of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), while developing diagnostic impressions and treatment considerations.

• Observed and assisted in gynecologic surgeries such as total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy (TAHBS) and myomectomy, as well as observing other procedures including dilation & curettage (D&C) and intrauterine device (IUD) placement.
• Performed procedures including Pap smears, breast exams, and obtaining comprehensive patient histories and physicals with chaperone present; contributed to formulating differential diagnoses and treatment plans.

Emergency Medicine – Wellington Regional Medical Center April 2025 – May 2025 - 180 hours

• Collaborated with attending physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver patient-centered care by developing differential diagnoses and treatment plans in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Assisted in a variety of emergency procedures including suturing, wound closure with tissue adhesive, and incision & drainage of abscesses.
• Performed focused physical exams and interpreted imaging and laboratory studies.
