Supervisory Veterans Service Representative (Coach)
To obtain a career as a Supervisory Veterans Service Representative (Coach) within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) that would utilize my skills of leading, communicating and performing in a diverse workforce. Also to be able to lead a team by providing information, advice, and assistance on all types of Veterans benefits claims. And to be able to achieve goals and objectives within a team as it applies to VA benefits programs to provide a final work product that is in accordance with VA laws, regulations, and policies.
Clinical- Vital signs, injections, anatomy, phlebotomy, venipuncture, capillary punctures, obtaining and preparing laboratory specimens, urinalysis collection.
Clerical- Communication skills, medical terminology, patient charting, CPT and ICD 10 coding, transcription and billing. Certified in basic first aid and CPR. Certified Electrocardiograph technician by Burdick. Blood Bourne Pathogens by National Safety Council.
