I was the Quality Assurance Director for the past 2 years with an additional 10 years of experience as a home manager for the supported living company KEITHCARE INC. I have experience providing 24/7 assistance with ensuring the safety and happiness of both individuals supported and the staff members providing ongoing services. I maintained all guidelines according to TN DIDD and received training through several mentors with KEITHCARE and DIDD personnel. I attended online education classes assigned through RELIAS Learning and DIDD Reportable Event Management. I ensured that I provided over sight and education to staff to ensure that a standard in care was achieved.
