Coordinated all reenlistment, extension, and RC affiliation actions and ceremonies through the RA or RC career counselor, as appropriate. Assisted the commander with preparation of bars to reenlist on Soldiers not recommended for reenlistment, extension, or further service.
Contacted and counseled Soldiers recommended for reenlistment, extension, and/or RC affiliation, including those requiring waivers, to give professional guidance.
Prepares DA Form 3340 for the Soldier's and commander's signatures. Coordinated, through RA career counselor to the servicing RC career counselor, referrals of eligible Soldiers declining reenlistment; coordinated through the career counselor, with the servicing FAO; soldiers due retention bonus entitlement payments, including SRB anniversary payments, and payments of accrued leave, resulting from a previously executed extension of enlistment (DA Form 1695).
Maintained unit retention bulletin board, completed latest retention information (SRB, incentive programs, and so on), as required by higher headquarters; ensured sufficient RPIs are prominently displayed throughout the unit area.

Served as a Big Sister for seven consecutive lines, served as a Dean Of Pledges four consecutive times and RDOI; mentored over 150+ women in the course of my tenure in KEY; ensured leadership skills were taught as well as personal development; educated the little sisters about networking; scheduled, ran, and participated in community service events such as the Ronald McDonald House and Second Chance Ministries just to name a few; mentored a total of 33 Big sisters. I served as a Membership Coordinator for the Killen Texas Chapter in 2015-2016. I also served as a mentor for the NDR program at the local level this year.
Participated in philanthropy work while serving as a member of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority Inc. Maintained an altruistic personality throughout membership with KEY and serving in Leadership positions.
