Job duties include:

• Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
• Ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
• Attention to detail allowing for a clean and organized bar, thus making it more appealing to guests while also maintaining inventory levels.
• Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage menus
• Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele.

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed for beverage operation.
• Coordinated with cocktail servers and bartenders to maintain smooth operation of bar area.
• Assisted in setting up and breaking down bar area for special events.
• Assist in proper storage, and rotation of beverage products.
• Open and close down all bars in the venue.

Assist in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked, and supporting the Bartender to ensure that the bar operates smoothly. Knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, passionate, and focused on providing the best possible service in a fast-paced environment.

Help the Server make sure every detail is taken care of. Clearing dirty flatware and glasses, assisting with guest communication, and anticipating the needs of the guest to make sure the guest experience was seamless and exceptional. Job Duties include:
