Summary

For the past 15 years I have served my community with foster care services in the Chicago land Area. I have worked with at

risk youth and their families. I have assessed families and our youth for mental health services, educational needs, housing,

service plans, medical and health needs, provided interstate transportation for youth, supervised and assessed family goals

and guided our undocumented youth to obtain their residency. I have prepared and obtained passports, adoption

subsidies, and established residency for our at risk youth in foster care. As an advocate for our youth, I feel that it is

imperative to provide our youth with all the tools they need to become a successful adult and to better our society.
