As a licensed agent, I am held to a high standards in ethics both personally and professionally. I play an active role between customer relations and business operations. I promote client retention through high quality service and follow through. I am responsible for presenting and clearly explaining insurance policies and coverage to current and prospective clients. As an office representative and licensed agent, I am instrumental in assisting clients identify their needs and help them achieve their goals through the insurance purchasing process. Addressing customer issues and problem solving is a key responsibility in my position. Responsibilities also include quoting, claim processing, verbal and written communication, marketing and payment processing. I stay current on my continuing education to keep my license active and strive to keep up to date on new products and computer programming.
I was hired by Centennial Management Group to review their current scheduling operations and implement changes needed to maximize effectiveness of scheduling to benefit both the company and clients. By making changes that I brought to the table, I was able to improve financial revenue by 70%. I arranged meetings between management and clients to assist in building lasting relationship. I was also responsible for invoicing, payment processing, sending and receiving correspondence and working with board members from different hockey communities.
My initial employment with Steven R Fisher Agency began in 2001 in which I was hired as the Office Manager. Along with the previously addressed responsibilities listed in my current employment experience, I was more involved with day to day office operations. These responsibilities included financial bank deposits, external office visits to clients and general bookkeeping, including reconciliation of office financial accounts. A key responsibility was marketing, which was crucial in a new and growing business office.
I graduated with Honors in the Medical Assisting program.
I am a member of the AAMA (American Association of Medical Assistants).
