Facilitates hospital to hospital transfer while adhering to EMTALA guidelines and collaborates with physician and hospital staff regarding higher level of care request or transfers for patient preference in three different markets (TN, MI, and MA).

Obtained and triaged clinical information for all transfers request from external facilities to ensure that we have the capacity and capability of meeting the patient's medical needs.

Documentation of all communication, demographic information, clinical information, and outcome determination.
