Summary

I grew up knowing the value of a dollar. I worked on the family farm and also with my step fathers excavating business. Being a hard worker was how I was raised. I came to Campbell's as a college student and decided to stay, I believed at the time this was best for me and my future (people gotta eat). Campbell's is a world class organization and I have never hesitated to tell someone where I work. I have always been dependable with a strong work ethic. I pay attention to detail and will always be the guy in the room with "the glass half full" attitude. I treat people as I would wish they treat me. I have spent the last 34 years making soup and the most recent year in Beverage. I do not accept failure, we will find a solution and execute.
