I started my career with Hidden Valley as a machine operator in the Dry Blending Department. I achieved the basic skill level in my first three months, followed with my Advanced skill level one year later. At my second year I achieved the level of "Area Operational Expert." At that time I was promoted to Dry Blending department Team Lead. My responsibilities were to oversee three shifts. I was responsible were to manage staff, scheduling, Preventative Maintenance, and more importantly Safety.
In my 4th year I trained in shipping and receiving where I achieved the Advanced skill level within one year.
In my 5th year I trained in the Microbiology Lab where I achieved the skill of "Area Operational Expert" My responsibilities were to oversee Food Safety, 24/7 Food Safety Audit readiness, Micro testing all raw materials as well as finished product testing, Food Safety classes, and Mach Recalls.
In the year 2016 I was promoted to "Dry Blending/Packaging manager. My responsibilities in this role was to oversee Dry blending and Packaging.
In 2018 I was promoted to "Business Unit Leader." I was promoted to this role as a result of spearheading the manufacturing of two additional packaging lines. Two new packaging lines were manufactured, staffed, trained and became the greatest success of Hidden Valley Manufacturing. I was in charge three dry packaging lines overseeing safety, schedule adherence, preventative maintenance, employee performance/ career paths, training, hiring, etc.
My accomplishments over my career with Hidden Valley Reno are something I am very proud of and were a major success and still are to date.
