Occupational Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the preload, ensuring packages are loaded accurately and efficiently for delivery.
• Monitor and manage the productivity and performance of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Completed the Preload Workshop class and improved selected employee with service, along with performance.
• Attended the Leadership Fundamentals class for Part-Time Supervisors.
• Awarded Supervisor of the Month for strong performance in service, production, and safety.
• Selected to participate in the UPS L.E.A.D. Program. (Leadership Education Accelerated Development)
• Attended and Graduated UPS Integrad DSP Class.

Occupational Duties:

• The associate will assist customers during their visit at the tunnel entrance/pay terminal, gas pumps, or in the store. Based on customer demand, the Customer Service Associate may rotate responsibilities, working inside or outside.

Achievements and Accomplishments.

• Employed as line associate, but progressed to cashier and customer service associate within one month.
• Able to contribute immensely with the sales of memberships.
