Currently overseeing 5 restaurants spread across the state of Vermont. Responsible for developing great managers, upholding training standards within each restaurant, and achieving sales and KPI plans.

Before taking this role in 2024, I was a Certified Training Manager in Massachusetts, ran an "A" restaurant for 18 consecutive months, and worked with the New Restaurant Opening team as a training coordinator, traveling to new restaurants and training their team to open to the public.

My specialty throughout my career has been hiring great talent, training and developing from crew members up to General Managers, and taking over struggling restaurants to build them back up and get them to operating standards.
