Manage a team of 38 technicians for special circuits and Loop Electronics. Build and maintain Verizon's Hi-Cap network. Manage a team for splitter adds and port recovery work for our FTTP build. Successfully completed the first Bpon consolidation in our area with out issues. Working on a project for T-Mobile adding new equipment to cell sites to upgrade their network. Manage a team that performs all routine and repairs to Verizon's Rt locations(CEVs,HUTs and customer prem). Manage technicians in upgrading all of our 911 DLC locations and making sure the alarming and battery back-ups were functioning properly. Managed a team of cable maintenance technicians who maintained our copper network. Coordinated multiple set ups on state highways to make repairs in numerous manhole runs. Worked with contractor service to clean, rod and rope manholes and duct runs to replace failing cable. Work with DOT inspectors to make sure the proper groups were notified of lane closures and traffic. Powered multiple Cell sites and CEVs with generators after severe storm damage to avoid any CATA outages. During the Covid-19 pandemic I had my team train I&M technicians from numerous garages in the splitter port recovery process. This gave us the ability to recover ports in Fios hubs throughout the area and also kept the I&M techs busy while their Fios work was slowed. My team was one of the first in the area to start Bpon consolidation work in our hubs to convert the old Bpon splitters to Gpon. We also trained multiple technicians in this process from other areas. My team paved the way for the 5G terminals in our HUTs and CEVs by removing and consolidating equipment. We also placed new frames and ladder racking for the fiber and terminals to be placed. Managed a group of technicians to remove equipment from over 50 New Jersey Transit locations in a minimal amount of time per the customer's request. Managed my team and coached them on the PICs process for our LDCs and worked with management from surrounding states to perfect the PICs harvesting project. Worked with the PICs staff team and the repair contractor to find solutions to high fail rates on certain cards. This has lead to a better and more cost-effective resolution to our issue. I purchased generators and borrowed a box trailer to disburse them during outages and storm damage situations. I am also working on another trailer and generator purchase to provide the southern part of my area with this ability for a faster outage response. My team maintains the generators and performs quarterly inspections to make sure they are ready to roll when needed. I had Backpacks for Life and Rebuilding Warriors added to the Verizon volunteer portal to help Veterans in need. I worked directly with contacts from BFL and our management team to go through the process of having this approved within 2 weeks of speaking to BFL's leaders. I was invited to our Senior VP's 2023 Kickoff in Boston to hold a BFL Filling event for our senior leaders. I was invited in 2024 to Hershey Park to run another volunteer event for my VP. I have been covering for my area manager while they are out of the office. I have sat on many of the calls and meetings for them when they are out of the office. Proposed Bpon to Gpon consolidation procedures for Flex Technicians and I&M Technicians to Director and Area managers. Worked with engineers and I&M Area Managers to pilot this idea. I was part of the Leadership Council, and presented a home-grown idea based off of Pulse Survey feedback from our managers to Doug Sullivan our VP. My team is part of a very aggressive 5g wireless build for TMO, AT&T and VZW. We are working to decommission legacy equipment to make way for this new technology. I worked with VZ Security to deploy, test and train technicians on a new electronic lock for our RTs in the field. I have recently received the 5 Star Service Award from my director for my dedication to Verizon and it's customers.

Installation and maintaining various MUX equipment. Initiating the testing of equipment with other departments and end user equipment operators. Performing all work necessary to ensure the jobs are completed prior to the due date. Working directly with engineering to resolve any issues and roadblocks we may encounter. The constructing of the sonnet ring at cell sites and large business customer locations. Taking the lead for the team by ensuring all maintenance and build work is covered in a timely manner. Updating new and existing work orders in to the CFO database. Assigning these work orders to the technicians based on their work location. Ordering all material for these new work orders and tracking to ensure prompt delivery. Being able to multi task with service outages and due dated work orders. Lead the team in managers absence, during both normal business and after hours. Lead a team of technicians in the placing, splicing, and testing of splitters for FIOS hubs. Managed the ordering and inventory of splitters to ensure all due dated orders are completed on time. Upload test sheets into Vbuild and work flow the work orders to the engineers so they can release them to the provisioning group. Order material and PPE for team members as needed.

Repair and maintain our copper cable network. I worked in the buried, underground and aerial cable. Performed mark outs and fault locating during major outages. Worked with contractor to set up safe work zones during outages to ensure the safety of all groups involved. Worked in a Find it Fix it group to repair large splices and troubleshoot large cables to prevent outages. Worked in the buried service group to locate and repair underground faults in cable and service wires. Ran a Ditch witch machine and a flow mole to run new service wires to customer premises. Called in all mark outs for the work to be done. Called police and contractor to set up traffic control for daily activities.

Worked in multiple offices on different types of switched frames. Covered all connect and disconnect orders on a daily basis in all offices. Covered a rotating schedule on the weekends for the offices in my orbit. Worked with the outside forces and assisted with pair changes and throws to repair outages. Completed the Network Technician exam after having 6 months in the company. Took an upgrade transfer after 13 months in this position.
