-Developed, planned, and executed individual, leadership, team, and unit level training concerning the integration of kinetic and not-kinetic effects into a scheme of maneuver.

-Instructed and trained fire support coordination centers (FSCC) on tactics, techniques, and procedures of electromagnetic warfare effects into tactical level training at the battalion and regimental level.

-Interpreted guidance and supported the integration and synchronization of 13 separate specialty fields with upper management course of action to ensure a unity of effort.

-Synchronized the work efforts of a three star command staff's G2 targeting cell and the fires and effects coordination center (FECC) to maximize productivity and ensure a unity of effort.

-Served as a command representative during Joint and multi-national planning conferences and exercises to ensure supervisor interests and objectives are advocated and briefed adequately.

-Critiqued and refined the setup and function of the Platoon Operations Center during 1st Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company (ANGLICO) Company Exercise 19.1 increasing the speed and proficiency of the Marines operating in it.
