-Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).

-Developed, planned, and executed individual, leadership, team, and unit level training concerning the integration of kinetic and not-kinetic effects into a scheme of maneuver.

-Instructed and trained fire support coordination centers (FSCC) on tactics, techniques, and procedures of electromagnetic warfare effects into tactical level training at the battalion and regimental level.

-Interpreted guidance and supported the integration and synchronization of 13 separate specialty fields with upper management course of action to ensure a unity of effort.

-Synchronized the work efforts of a three star command staff's G2 targeting cell and the fires and effects coordination center (FECC) to maximize productivity and ensure a unity of effort.

-Served as a command representative during Joint and multi-national planning conferences and exercises to ensure supervisor interests and objectives are advocated and briefed adequately.

-Served as the senior Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) Evaluator within II Marine Expeditionary Force.

-Graduated Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) as an Air Officer student during WTI 22.2.

-Conducted more than 100 hours of instruction and mentorship in support of division fire support Marines, at the regiment and battalion level, allowing them to develop their intermediate and advanced MOS skillset.

-Over the course of 80 hours, upgraded the 12th Marine Regiment's Air Officer to a JTAC Instructor (JTAC(I)), 2nd Battalion, 3d Marines' Air Officer to JTAC Evaluator (JTAC(E)), and prepared two Air Officers to attend WTI in classroom and austere environments.

-Engaged and worked alongside cross-functional service members to manage and maintain operational initiatives.

-Utilized critical thinking, advanced oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills to increase student's capabilities and provide the highest levels of customer service.

-During JWA 19.1 successfully planned, integrated and de-conflicted over 11,000 pieces of simulated lethal and non-lethal effects from 155mm, 81mm ordinance from fixed and rotary wing assets (including Electronic Warfare/ Information Operations) support of 3rd ANZAC ground scheme of maneuver.

-Assisted the Operations section by instructing or facilitating over 20 events of the ANGLICO T&R Manual, OIF Pre-Deployment Training Continuum, TACP T&R Manual, HQMC Annual Training Requirements and commander's intent.

-Assisted in the logistical planning in support of four exercises covering service, joint and bilateral levels.

-Critiqued and refined the setup and function of the Platoon Operations Center during 1st Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company (ANGLICO) Company Exercise 19.1 increasing the speed and proficiency of the Marines operating in it.

-As the Battalion Fire Support Officer, cleared and approved over 1,500 rounds of 155mm, 81mm, and 120mm in support of 1st Battalion 3d Marines maneuver elements during Integrated Training Exercise (ITX).

-Took over duties as the Battalion Fire Support Officer during planning, embarkation and execution of 1st Battalion 3d Marines battalion live fire exercise across the state of Hawaii.

-Supervised and conducted over 300 hours of professional military education, mentorship, and technical and tactical training of 22 Marines assigned to the section, directly ensuring their proficiency and readiness for combat operations in classroom and austere environments.
