My responsibilities for this job is to fully assist with any person that walks into are building with the upmost great white glove customer service they’ve ever experienced whether it be new welcoming visitors or are exclusive residents. We also handle emails, receiving packages/deliveries, and log-in any shift notes of all things that happen during are shift. To my best knowledge we're mostly the front of the house representatives that symbolizes are well- known amazing building with a lot to offer for anyone and everyone.

My duties in this job was to be the head of supervision of all security personnel in a high rise condominium building for residents protection and newly improved way of living, as to insure as well that no polices are being violated among the residents. It was a rotation of 3 security officers being front lobby greeter, rover, and command center rep monitoring all cameras that are located through all the exterior and interior of the building.

As a retail sales representative, I excel in providing exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. I am proficient in operating point-of-sale systems, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment. Additionally, I excel in upselling and cross-selling techniques, contributing to increased sales revenue. My strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers allow me to effectively address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
