I have a long standing record in communications in multicultural and multi socio economic settings. I lead by listening then learning then executing. This approach has served me well as a co-founder of The big-backyard preschool in Santa Ana, CA as well as the chairman of the board for California Lutheran High School in Wildomar, CA.
