Prior to McCourt, I spent 21 years in the oil field from upstream to midstream, treating to processing. I've been involved from the well head, thru flow equipment, thru the treating process to the NGL processing plant to produce NGL's for transportation and low BTU natural gas for transmission thru the pipelines to sales points.

  • Generate bids for sales department to construct on-site aggregate plants and setups for crushing, washing, screening and conveying sand and gravel pertaining to the customers needs.
  • Actively supervise on-site work, by assisting in the construction of new plants and equipment setups, relocates, and demobilization. I hold daily progress meetings with the owner/customer on the site, track daily progress and expenses, and keep within the given budget.
  • Along with the above task, I do task training on equipment such as skid steers, telehandler forklifts, aerial lifts and manlifts consisting of CAT, JLG, JCB, and bobcat brands, for record keeping and required training for guidance under MSHA and OSHA. I keep daily equipment inspection records of equipment, communicate with management, and source necessary equipment and supplies for job completion.
  • I actively work with company engineers on plant layout and designs for new setups, P&ID's, dust suppression designs, and any special modifications for special request.
  • At the office, I keep a running year to date log with job completions, monetary budget reports for the completed jobs, a year to date profit margin on completed jobs, and list of requested quote and bid worksheets for the sales department.
  • I actively work with the service and sales group in the company to provide solutions and manpower for customer requested needs.
  • At the shop, i organize the company grounds, schedule and perform minor construction jobs needed, and assist the service supervisor when in between construction jobs. I can operate loaders, track excavators, dozers, skid steers, telehandlers, and manlifts. I am MSHA part 46 certified for surface mining operations and facilities and have completed the OSHA 8 hour refresher training course.

Operated from well head to treaters to remove the H2S sour gas, and CO2 from the gas stream and dry the gas thru the dehydrator systems and send the clean gas to the sales line.

I moved up to plant startup where i went to newly constructed plants to commission them and train new operators in safe process procedures.

I finished my tenure by performing the construction, building new plants and starting them up making sure they were operating to required specifications for pipeline quality, trained new operators for those plants, and performed on site and remote trouble shooting of our systems.

I have worked on, installed, and demobilized over 250 modular amine plants in over 13 years in the treating field.
