
I started out in high school cleaning the local meat market Meat department. I then learned how to breakdown whole beef and also cut meat for customers. I then when on to work for Super Value, Albertsons, QFC, and Safeway at various locations. I was also a meat manager for 7 years with Albertsons and 5 with QFC. The last 6 years we bought a Pepperidge Farms route and the last year we added a Mission Tortilla Route also. Last September we sold the Pepperidge Farms Route and are in the process of selling the Mission route.
