Achievement
Responsible for an extensive shutdown of all escalators at a large mountain resort complex. The shutdown was due to significant code/safety violations that posed an imminent risk of severe injury or death to the general public. The decision required complex investigation and decision-making using all resources available. Demonstrated the ability to follow through with my decision to shut down and complete final inspections releasing code-compliant escalators for public use.
Leadership Experience
Responsible for supervising 12 electricians at an 80-million-dollar ground-up electrical construction project. I created and maintained professional relationships with all experts involved in the on-time completion, with minimal punch list items of this major project.
