I send out trips to contracted providers.

I prepare and submit invoices for both providers and self drive clients.

I mange the providers and their billing.

I set up new providers as they come on board.

I conduct audits of providers on a yearly basis.

I answer inquirers about payment status for providers and clients.

I double check the system on a monthly basis to make sure all open items are in the correct status.

I assist Veterans with their ride needs and questions.

I assist in coordinating and setting up volunteer drivers with rides.

I give information to callers about transportation options within Scott and Carver Counties.
