Accomplishments

  • Created a grassroots net new Salesforce Professional Services division at Contemporary Staffing Solutions, called Peergenics. Responsible for successfully building a cross functional team, business process & methodologies, next generation tools & technologies to mitigate and manage any risks.
  • Successfully lead the digital transformational design and development of Best Buy’s next generation eCommerce and mobile platform that supported the US, Canada and UK businesses. This platform also supports Best Buy’s EXPRESS initiatives which represent the kiosks at the airports, shopping malls and other public locations for easy access to Best Buy’s products.
  • Responsible for formulating the Mobile Strategy for Bank of America (BofA). Instrumental in developing strategic relationships with key smart phone device manufactures as wells as key telecommunications providers such as Apple, Research In Motion (RIM), ATT, Verizon to participate in launch of next generation technologies. BofA was the first to launch its Banking Application on IPhone, IPhone Application Store, IPod Touch, Blackberry Storm and other similar devices. This strategy and implementation helped BofA become the leader in its industry to acquire more than 2 MM customers utilizing the Mobile channel.
  • Responsible for development and Delivery of the next generation Digital eCommerce web store platform in a Software as a Service (SaaS) for more then 150 for the largest retailer in the US, Canada and UK. This included concept-to-development of their web stores, development of their marketing fulfillment & customer care strategies and full P&L reporting.
