Just a little bit of additional information about me, I'm born & raised in Vero Beach Florida. I've been here my entire life. I just turned 50 yrs. Old in Dec. My dad's a general contractor and so is my brother. I did grow up in an extremely construction oriented household. As you can see from my resume I've been in the construction industry almost my entire life in one way or another. I know just about every subcontractor and or regular contractor in Indian River County and all surrounding counties, all the way up to Daytona Beach ( Volusia County), and I have good relationships with all. I've watched Vero Beach grow from a small town to a thriving Mecca for people with money. I'm sad to see the small town go. I actually live in Sebastian now, and I hear there's going to be 265,000 people moving here by the end of 2025. I have no idea where we are going to put them all. I guess we will keep building and they will keep coming. I have a excellent position with Highland Homes Roofing at this time, but I believe with all the new soon to be residents moving here, my skill set is best suited for a construction superintendent. I just turned 50 this year. I am looking for a family type oriented construction company for a long-term position as a superintendent. I would prefer that my next job will be my last. As long as the company that I work for is honest and trustworthy I will be the most loyal employee that you have.
