I am a proud warehouse associate with 16 yrs of warehouse and work experience. I have lived with a Learning Disability for nearly 40 yrs struggling with Reading, Spelling and Math. I also lived with 15+ yrs with only 4yrs of accredited education from the public school system, from having a Learning Disability. I have lived my life for 15+ yrs with severe directional confusion. I would like to request a accommodation for a Demonstration to prove i can complete all essential job duties. I am a Human Trafficking Survivor and I was being been drugged and Involuntary Committed into Mental Institutions and was diagnosed with Bipolar, I currently have a medical condition and would like to request a medical accommodation there is the feeling currently of something being stuck in my neck and I am also a Human Trafficking Survivor with Herpes. With my Professional Achievements, I have achieved living with Severe Directional Confusion. • I love my Academic level because it reminds me of my Ancestry, Black Slaves lived with No Formal Education but, they were able to do all things. Cook, Clean, Take care of families/children and work. They also became successful people and inventors. My Academic Level reminds me of who I am and my Ancestry. Professional with strong background in learning and development, ready to elevate team performance and foster growth. Adept at designing and engaging training programs, facilitating effective learning sessions, and utilizing innovative educational tools.
