In this role, I was responsible for overseeing individual activity stations during youth camps. I developed and facilitated engaging, age-appropriate activities to keep participants actively involved as they rotated through each station. My responsibilities included maintaining a positive and energetic environment, managing group behavior, and ensuring all campers remained safe, supervised, and accounted for at all times. I consistently used creativity, clear communication, and strong leadership to keep activities running smoothly and to support a safe, structured camp experience.

Assist in developing and leading the varsity girls' soccer program, with an emphasis on team cohesion, skill development, and athlete growth. Support the Head Coach in planning and implementing tailored training sessions designed to improve technical ability, tactical understanding, and overall performance. Contribute to creating a positive, competitive, and inclusive environment that promotes sportsmanship, leadership, and personal accountability. Utilize strengths in communication, conflict resolution, and performance analysis to mentor student-athletes, and enhance team culture. Collaborate on program planning, and apply principles of sports psychology to support athlete confidence, motivation, and mental resilience. Help ensure that all players represent the program with integrity, both on and off the field.
