Having worked at Publix in customer service and food preparation, I’ve had manny experiences in managing high-stress situations. But also the pleasure of getting to really know people for the good and the bad. Which in return has given me the ability to approach situations with empathy and efficiency. Allowing me to understand not just ones wants, but also needs of individuals.
