
Dedicated and dependable FDOT professional currently serving as the District Construction Environmental Coordinator, with experience in environmental compliance and contract support across active construction projects. Through cross-training and hands-on collaboration with District Maintenance Contract Management staff, I have expanded my knowledge of maintenance contract administration processes and departmental systems. I am eager to continue learning, take on greater responsibility, and contribute to the success of the District Maintenance Contract Department.

Knowledge of:
· Knowledge of maintenance contracts and skill in applying procedures to work assignments.
Skills in:
· Skill in the technical aspects of the transport system including SiteManager and Project Estimating System (PES).
· Skill in creating spreadsheets in excel and documents in Word.
· Skill in working in department programs such as FM System, FLAIR, FACTS, FIDO and other contract and financial accounting programs.
· Skill in providing customer service.
· Skill in organizing records and handling multiple tasks and interruptions.
· Skill in planning and organizing work assignments.
· Skill in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
· Skill in communicating technical and legal information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to:
· Ability to negotiate with contractors and municipalities.
· Ability to develop training plans and materials and to communicate training materials to technical and non-technical staff.
