through my years working as a cna at Hill haven nursing home they started an award for cna's that showed leadership skills,compassion,competencies in there job i was nominated 3 times for my achievements. i was a runner up for the Bee award at tcc through unity i did not win but was proud to be choosen for my skills as a cna. I have trainned many new cna's and new hire cna through my years of being a cna i also did pct at RGH when they were cna challenged working in different departments in the hospital MCC started a program to help build your skills just not from nursing but different leadership jobs which i was choosen to be a part of
