FENS Third Party Vendor (TPV) - Onboarding/Offboarding:
Ensure that vendor system access and equipment are readily available to meet contractual milestones.
Assisting vendors with IT-related issues to ensure connectivity and engaging with vendors to manage
offboarding. Ensure compliance with Prime Contract Clearance Requirements, time reporting, and staffing
requirements (i.e., will the position be backfilled?). Manage the Non-Employee Quarterly Attestation
Process.
Financial Management:
Validating Support Services CLIN and CWBS element mapping is required for each engagement to show expense to revenue (E: R), establishing POs in compliance with government funding cycles, managing invoice & time reporting validation/reconciliation/approval, managing HW/SW GR Process, liaising with PMO to confirm equipment delivery, creating forecasting matrix.
Tracker/Dashboard Automation:
Driving business requirements, prioritization, and automation of the TPV Dashboard to streamline and automate cross-functional process flow.
