I started working at S&S Activewear in February 2021, I started as a bagger, I was in red packaging and green packaging in certain periods for 1 month, they started training me in the bagger in and in certain weeks, they taught me how to chop , then I They taught about orders for weeks and during the period that I was a clerk or packer I worked in different departments, I have always tried to be very good at working and helping others. In certain months I started as a trainer and I like to be a motivated trainer eager to help new employees advance in knowledge and skills so they can achieve objectives or goals. I really like training new people, normally the groups were in Spanish and they were large groups, you have to be very patient when it comes to having new people. I always try to make my employees feel comfortable talking to their coach because I am a coach who will be there to listen and help their employees with their goals. I have experience handling machines such as cherry picker, stand up, pallet jack. , and with pallet jack standards I also have experience doing case pick , restock drive , receiving, Floor put away. I also have knowledge using computers or the system.
