I worked as a quality inspector. My job was to check that the medicine was of good quality and had no defects. If it did, we discarded it at the end of each batch. As a team, we had to do the corresponding paperwork, clean the machines, and clean the work area so we could start the next batch.

Part of my job involved working directly with patients. Before they entered the doctor's office, I was responsible for giving the attending physician the patient's file. I was in charge of giving the patient their next appointment and, if necessary, finding a specialist depending on each patient's situation. My duty was to ensure that the patient was treated well and received the necessary medical care.
