My past two years as a communications officer have given me the ability to stay calm and organized when it matters most. I have dealt with a variety of emergencies and can stay focused under high amounts of pressure. I know how to speak with people professionally and considerately, even in their worst moments. Training cannot cover every single emergency that might arise, so I have developed a strong ability to problem-solve when faced with unexpected situations. I learn quickly and can adapt to sudden changes.
