  • Met and exceeded both EA & start targets consistently since starting on the floor in November 2021
  • Due to these numbers, I was awarded the Future Leader Award in Q2 2022, as well as the Division Leader award for both Q4 2022 and Q1 2023, Team Leader Award for Q2 2023 and hit TPP progression goals in January 2022 going from Admissions Rep 2 to 3
  • Used my multi-tasking and organization skills to be able to stitch for 30+average students a day between and my fellow team members students
  • This includes, call, text emails and video messages with customized messages for each student depending on their needs
  • I have been the go-to stitch help on my team by Reps and leadership also with team engagement, stitch attempts made quality of content in stitch and outreach all in order to get the student to be able to START and go ACTIVE in their program
  • Demonstrated a passion for helping prospective UMA students achieve their career goals by maintaining clear and upfront expectations about UMA, the program and process starting from the initial interview / EA call - becoming an expert in this process starting & how to get the students through the process, setup for success, and on their way to the end goal of graduating and pursuing a rewarding career in the healthcare field
  • Set firm deadlines, expectations, and follow up calls during the entire stitch process to ensure the required next steps are getting completed in order for the students to be able to start and finish their UMA program
  • Created & Present to the team a 'Back 2 Basics' Training in June 2022 (with/team members Danielle & Nydia in order to for quality interviews & enrollments
  • The goal of this training was to go back to the basics of what we learned in training, as it's easy to start letting practices go over time and have a refresher on the things needed to have a quality interview with a PS (actively listening, effective follow up questions, compliance portions verbatim

  • EA Tracker- Keeping track of EA'S and shouting out teammates and encouraging to complete OCC and motivating teammates with GIFS MEMES
  • Sharing tips and sending practices to teammates in teams what can be done to make that call an OCC
  • Part of the Emarald Mentorship Program in July 2022, Mentoring Team Members Having meetings minimum 1x/week to train & coach continuing education after nest graduation in order to improve quality EAs & stitch efforts to increase student show rate & rep engagement on the team
