The main duties of working in Student Nutrition were to prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff. Set up and clean serving stations and kitchen areas and following food safety guidelines.

As a Sr. Environmental Services Technician, some of my responsibilities were to clean assigned areas, including critical care areas, patient room areas, corridors, to assure a clean and sanitary environment. The main responsibilities of a Sanitation Attendant were to collect all patient tray carts from the floors and units and bring them down to the kitchen and begin breaking down the carts and washing all dishes, plates, cups, and silverware. Other duties included keeping kitchen are clean by sweeping, mopping, and pulling trash.
