  • I was offered the GM position once it became available at my second location with Gerber Collision.
  • In my time here, my involvement has grown beyond the daily tasks of running one of the largest repair facilities in the Boyd Group to a broad reach of company-wide initiatives.
  • My location has grown to be the 6th highest grossing (by average sales volume) shop out of 1,000+ locations within Gerber Collision, with many awards and recognitions to accompany the achievements.
  • My location consistently ranks on the leaderboard for the highest accolades, ADAS calibrations, etc.
  • I have been asked to collaborate with many continuous improvement and focus teams, assisting the organization in regard to daily efficiency processing, SOPs, financial and cost-saving measures, or overall training.
  • I am part of an operations excellence team tasked with structuring and unifying improvement methods and performances across all roles in our locations, across the organization.
  • Payroll, financial reporting, key performance indicators (KPI), compliance checks, audits, and safety inspections for safe and correct or proper repairs, state and federal compliance audits, and upward escalations to senior management for repair or equipment challenges or Capex needs are just a few of my current responsibilities in the role.

  • I have taken part in a number of pilots and changes for our organization while testing and providing feedback to cross-functional teams within our organization through various systems and technological methods.
  • I have led my location to be Ford OEM and aluminum certified, Lexus OEM certified (first in the company), amongst other firsts.

  • I was hired to run the Geico ARX program while handling 40-45 active WIP unique RO’s, followed by an in-depth certification process and training regimen for all the main insurers.
  • I gained valuable experience with a variety of DRP partnerships, insurer review teams, account managers, client performance managers and have many resources available that I use and leverage almost daily in my current role to this day.
