- In my time here, my involvement has grown beyond the daily tasks of running one of the largest repair facilities in the Boyd Group to a broad reach of company-wide initiatives.
- My location has grown to be the 6th highest grossing (by average sales volume) shop out of 1,000+ locations within Gerber Collision, with many awards and recognitions to accompany the achievements.
- My location consistently ranks on the leaderboard for the highest accolades, ADAS calibrations, etc.
- I have been asked to collaborate with many continuous improvement and focus teams, assisting the organization in regard to daily efficiency processing, SOPs, financial and cost-saving measures, or overall training.
- I am part of an operations excellence team tasked with structuring and unifying improvement methods and performances across all roles in our locations, across the organization.
