Conduct safe and efficient blood donation procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines, ensure accurate documentation of donor information/ records. Monitor and maintain inventory of donation supplies and equipment, adhere to strict safety and quality control measures to ensure the safety of donors and recipients while being able to communicate effectively with donors, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
Medical lab float between IOP/PSC accounts for Northern Denver territory. Perform blood, specimen, specialized, drug, bio metrics, and paternity testing of all ages from Pediatric to Geriatric. Handling all financial responsibilities for insurance. Process/accession all collected specimens/drop offs for testing. Maintain patient, specimens info, and daily logs while proving superior customer service. Administrative and clerical duties, and traveling out to additional sites when needed throughout the day.
Responsible for efficient and effective collection of plasma from donors by setting up machines, monitoring the plasmapheresis process and following Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsible for the collecting of blood samples specimen collections for the laboratory to help diagnose health conditions and illnesses with prepping lab equipment, collecting the fluids, packing up specimens for shipment, handling manifest, billing, supplies, and other assigned task.

Greeting customers, taking/assembling orders, handling money transactions with cash register, cleaning machines and lobby, training new employees, running drive-thru, & completing other assigned tasks.
