I have been in the Food and Beverage industry my entire life. I have fine dining experience as well as extremely fast paced service experience which allows me to keep my head about me when the unforeseen comes into play. My ability to work alongside a team is second to none while still holding others to the same high standards that I hold myself. I have been out of the restaurant business for a short time to start my own company. The nature of my business takes little to no time away from a typical work week which allows me to get back to my passion. Service and Food.
My proudest accomplishments are the people that I helped along the way. When I arrived at Village Burger there were some very good employees that I knew had the potential for more.
Richard (cook)
Manny (cook)
Susi (cook)
Adrian (manager)
Kyle (cashier)
Adrian is now the operating partner for Village Burger. He oversees 7 stores and has a percentage of each restaurant. Richard is now a General Manager with equity in his restaurant. Susi is now a General Manager with equity in her restaurant. Kyle was a General Manager with equity in his restaurant. Manny oversees all of the kitchens and has equity in all of the restaurants.
To see these people go from barely scraping by to driving brand new cars and owning their own homes makes me so proud because I know that I was a large reason (they get a bunch of credit as well for all of the time and work they had to put in) why they have become so successful.
I allowed my Serv-safe to expire but will have no trouble getting it renewed. I believe my last score was 96.
I currently carry a single digit handicap and love being around fellow golfers just to talk about what an amazing game it is.
