Dynamic operations manager with a proven track record at Over the Cliff Embroidery, enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic planning and effective inventory management. Skilled in logistics and personnel management, I excel in optimizing processes and fostering strong client relationships, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
While Deployed to Iraq and Kuwait in the Middle East, We conducted training exercises in the region in class and in the field.
All this training was conducted during regular working hours, above and beyond designated maintenance of all vehicles, radios equipment, including cruise, serve weapons, rifles, and sidearms. While also maintaining watch schedules within the towers and buildings and Base Camp parameters and facilities designated to our company.
Be it radio uploads or frequencies to be used during the course of the day or night. Every soldier from the top to the bottom in every vehicle, was trained on the radio position in case something happened to any other partner within the vehicle. All stations within the vehicle were known by each individual soldier. Every soldier could step up to the next position if necessary. whether it was the driver the commander of the vehicle or the gunner. Everyone was trained for every position.
