· Valuation associates perform a range of support services to assist with auditing, assessments, and appraisals to determine the value of a business or assets.

· Perform comparative research to establish market value. Create estimates, valuation reports, and other documents. Compile and analyze financial data and relevant information.

· Confirm data, conduct discussions with market participants, and perform additional research, as necessary.

· Prepare written market value reports from cover to cover with substantial analytical guidance from a senior appraiser.

· Assist senior appraiser in preparing real estate appraisal reports, including entering data into the property database, taking photos of the subject and comparable, and driving the neighborhood.

· Prepare and complete analysis and research on simple appraisal assignments.

· Examine and analyze simple income-producing properties and write an analysis based on market comparisons.

· Research the market area and analyze current transactions and how they compare to the subject property.

· Develop and maintain relationships across the industry with appropriate participants.

· Independently produce commercial appraisal reports from start to finish.
