The primary responsibility of a bail bondsman is to help individuals who have been arrested by posting bail on their behalf. This allows the individual to be released from jail while awaiting their court appearance. Bail bondsman are also responsible for ensuring that their clients appear in court as required. If the individual fails to appear, the bail bondsman may be required to pay the full bail amount to the court. We are also responsible for tracking down fugitives. If a client fails to appear in court and becomes a fugitive, bail bondsman may work with law enforcement agencies to track down and apprehend the individual.
